Return Policy:

You may return items sold and fulfilled by explorationsunlimited.biz within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds:

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

Shipping:

We ship most orders in United States and Canada via the United States Postal Service via First-Class Mail. Larger orders are shipped Parcel Post. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 days after your order has been processed.

Privacy Policy:

Our site uses an order form for customers to request products and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (like their email address) and financial information (credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer’s contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. We do not release any customer information to third parties.
